Punishment
An individual who employs criminal constraint ought to be at risk of a sentence of detainment for a term not surpassing 3 a long time or a fine not surpassing thirty thousand rupees or both sentences, within the case of utilizing criminal constrain by carrying a weapon, and to a sentence of detainment for a term not surpassing one year or a fine not surpassing ten thousand rupees or both sentences, within the case of utilizing criminal drive without carrying a weapon.
