Process of Making an Unmarried Certificate for Court Marriage in Nepal

• Visit the ward office of your permanent residence with the citizenship and photos.
• Give the application to the ward office asking for the unmarried certificate.
• Ward administration will verify it and if it is appropriate to give you an unmarried certificate, Ward office will provide it.

Points to be Noted

Unmarried Certificates given by the ward office will expire after 35 days. So, complete the process of court marriage within 35 days or renew the unmarried certificate again.
