Fundamental Rights and Duties – All guaranteed by the Constitution of Nepal 2072

Fundamental rights are also known as basic rights. They are very essential for the citizen to be human beings. They are inalienable rights of individuals. They are necessary for human life and the development of individuals. Fundamental rights and duties are very essential for the citizens.

Fundamental Rights and Duties

There are 31 fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Nepal in part 3 of the Constitution of Nepal 2072.
